Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Wisteria Headwear purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items with tags removed
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us at info@wisteriaheadwear.com with your order number and reason for return

Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging

Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Contact us at info@wisteriaheadwear.com
  2. Return your original item following the return process above
  3. Place a new order for the item you'd like instead

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@wisteriaheadwear.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Refunds will be processed in USD.
